Add to the fact that they are ugly.
If they had a 92-95 Civic front end,they would be tolerable.

I don't mean for you del sol owners out there to get mad, it's just my opinion. I don't like the front end. Their lights don't seem to match the rest of the honda family.

that's ok, I personally like the front ends....and you'd be seeing my taillights for the most part, so it wouldn't matter.

I love the way they look, the only thing I'd change about mine is to put the oem spoiler/wing on it. ( I don't have one...refer to pic)

they are starting to grow on me. and seriously, do you tihnk a stock civic coupe or sedan is fast? or hatch? no...you gotta make em fast just liek you would with a del sol. a pontiac sunfire is a chick car. a black del sol, maybe some mods to the front end, lowered, nice rims...i think that wouldlook badass.

Even though I don't like them much, I think it would look better without the wing/spoiler.

The Del Sol's only saving graces are the kick ass seats and the b16(IMHO,an overated and overhyped motor) that some of them came with.
