My ITR swap was running strange, so I reset the ECU and Still ran strange then when I revved it up it sounded like a bolt was rattling around in the exhaust pipe a couple more revves and out came a 3 inch x 1 inch honeycomb peice of the CAT and was melted in a couple of spots, This was a HI-Flow cat and only a month old.
ANYBODY ever seen that happen. and I know it came out of my exhaust as I saw it come out. Thought my car literally took a Dump :rant

I would but California frowns on that type of crap, also my VTEC sounds really weird ,I hear it more through my in take now and it feels like im losing power.
Backpressure issue maybe as im running 2.5" pipe out to magnaflow muffler

one of your O2 sensors might be acting up, defective cat, maybe wrong gasoline on accident (probably not)

UPDATE:
I Took it back to the place I had exhaust installed and they cut the CAT off.
The guy said that it was missing 1 Full brick(there are two in all CATs)
The front one was still there,so he installed another one and all is well.
