The entire light fixture will come with the dash? Helms only told me to unclip the light plug.

its possible, i know I had to unbolt my third brake light, but I have a 92-95 so that might be the only difference between our cars, just follow tha Haynes manual and you should be set

Yes the whole light will come out in one piece with the rear dash. Once you have everything unbolted the rear dash will slide forward. It's pretty hard to get out. what i did was take the two sides of the seat off. Not the parts that fold down but the 5" parts of the seats that don't mover on each side. Take them off and it will make it alot easier.

If you get in your trunk and look up at the underside of your reardeck you will see the little clips that the Haynes Manual is refering to. Get a set of small pliers or some needle noses and pop them out from te bottom, that away you dont have to worry about breakin one and if you have tint it will make it alot less likely to be scratched on removal.

You can tint over the 3rd brake light as long as it can be seen at any given time from 50 feet away ( or more )

Vehicle Law and Traffic guide/book
( cops best friend when looking up thing to ticket people for, lol )

*New York*

Check your laws right on line! Every state posts that sort of thing up on teh net.

You can call the cops, inspection garages, and local dmv for any/all info.
