You'll need to get mounts from hasport to fit the h22, it is a tight fit, and requires a lot of work to get it to fit. So the answer is yes you can swap to a h22, but it will take A LOT more work to swap.. if you are looking for an easier swap then go with the b16. Just search for "h22" in the forums you'll find some information.

B16's going to be mainly a plug and play if you are swapping this into another Civic, you didn't really specify what kind of car you drive. That could definently help. The H22 will be more work, like Micah said, but the power you'll make will probably be worth it. Also, tell us what your plans are for the motor.

As long as the install is done properly, then either will be just as reliable for daily driving. If you don't care about extra cost or install time/effort, you'll get more power from the h22. Ask Vash about it.

If youre doing the h22 on a civic you will need to replace the front end suspension as the h22 is conderably heavier than a b16 or mst civic engines. Also just so you know, the wiring for either engine on a civic that is not equiped with vtec will be a real pain, so I hope you are not planing on doing this yourself unless you have TONS of patience, just ask Vash like DIY said.
