I would like to go with brembo but I can only find them in gold for my 95 ex cpe Im just looking for a decent set of high performance rotors. Also getting the slotted rotors would it matter really about what kind of pads are going on w/ them or will any aftermarket set do the job. Ive never changed my rotors obviously so excuse my lack of knowledge on this one.

www.sportbrakes.com SportsBrakes.com ebay account ![]() I ordered my brembo drilled/slotted rotors from sportbrakes.com for $95 shipped. The service was absoluletly awesome, i got emails back from questions i had in less than 10 minutes multiple time, the package was shipped the same day i ordered and my tracking # was emailed to me instantly. i highly highly recommend SportBrakes. easily the best buying experience i've had through ebay or any online purchase. |

Ok....I'm a happy camper... I called them and Ordered My rotors and brake pads. They have a special going right now, best deal I think I've ever seen. All 4 rotors all the way around crossdrilled w/a set of PBR Performance brake pads All 4. All for only $270 w/shipping altogether to California. If anyone is looking for rotors this is the place to go right now, i think this package deal is only lasting a few more weeks so get on it. Thanks Aaron You Da man!

no prob
sounds like you got a good deal, esp. since shipping heavy rotors can get expensive. |

well....turns out I need to replace my rear calipers as well. My rotors in the rear are worn uneven and have a groove dug into them from the bottom portion of the caliper. It looks almost like my caliper's degree is all screwed up. A piston inside the caliper must have given away from being rusty. My car is from Ohio and my thoughts are that the previous owner didnt rinse off his brakes after being in the snow so salt might have eaten it up?? But I'm forking up another $80 per caliper for the rear too.

just get oem, the only reason you need slotted and drilled rotors is if your pushing a car to the max and need the extra force to stop the car.
OEM will work just the same. Rear rotors on a DX? |

for street use drilled and slotted are fine.. They look good and work well... Its just when you get to hard track use that the drilled are known to sometimes crack.
