Anyone with this model car, or at least a D16, ever notice how bad our AC units suck ass? I'm getting real tired of waiting about 5 mins. ...

I'm getting real tired of waiting about 5 mins. for my AC to finally start blowing cool air. I know it's not a problem with my unit, as I recently had it checked out.

Is this a common thing with our cars? Anybody else feel the same way, or am I just going

yeah same thing here, you will find some flaws in any model car you get so i just deal with it. Usually AC's dont work all that well unless your car has been running for a few miniutes regardless.

It was originally a recall from Honda, if you've already had the recall done, then most likely your seals have gone bad and you need to find out where the system is leaking.

HTH.

I've been the only owner of this car, and I've don't recall ever receiving a letter of a recall on that.

Where can I find official documentation about this?

I do! It's freaking 106 degrees here in Texas. I have to pass 45MPH before my AC kicks in. I dunno if my freon needs to be flushed/refilled or whatever. Would the AC compressor be changed with the b20 block? I don't ever recall it being that great anyhow
