its not a problem, its normal. happened with my short ram and now with my cold air, more on the top end now tho.

no you dont. not for the 6th gens you dont, there are like 2 screws/bolts under the bumper, just loosen those, and peel the lining back and you'll have all teh access you need.

My short ram makes a bit of a whistling(high pitch) sound at certain rpm's as well. (almost sounds like a small turbo )
also it's like some of the other guys said, i've noticed it at about a quarter to half throttle.
