Hey guys... I have a 2000 civic si and im about to hit 70,000 miles on it. What proper maintenance needs to be done?? Such as fluids changed, belts, valves???? I would appreciate the feedback

Buy a factory service manual and it will tell you everything that needs to be done, along with step by step instructions on how to do it. Your owner's manual also has everything listed in it.

Timing belt could be done, in fact all belts could be done although the manual doesn't call for it until 90,000 miles, but now wouldn't be a bad time before the timing belt breaks, and change all fluids, unless they were changed at 50,000 miles like they are supposed to be.

Plugs, cap, rotor, wires, belts, hoses, waterpump, timing belt, timing belt tensioner, cam seal, crank seal, valve cover gasket, valve lash ajustmant, fuel filter, pcv valve, clean/replace airfilter

manual will tell you everything. all the stuff isnt gonna have to be done till about 90k but your bettter of just doing all the stuff in the manual that is listed to be done under 100k. youll be better off in the long run.

yea get the factory service manual. it will tell u how to do everything. also helps with future problems if u have any.
