Will a DC Sport Header for a 2002 EX (D17) fit a 2002 LX (D17)?
If I does? Could I purchase a High Flow Cat with a custom exhaust to make everything work? I saw an article in Performance Auto and Sound and it said there was a car, 2002 LX with a port and polish and new valve springs. What are the power gains of this? And in relation to cost, is it worth it? Also will a Rear Strut bar from a 2000 Civic fit a 2002? Thanks, Ryan |

I'm not to sure about the exaust questions but i dont believe the strut bar would fit.
2000=6th gen. 2002=7th gen.

im not sure if the 2002 lx and ex motors are the same. u said they where both d17's right. i think they would though. do some more research into it and find out.
the head work will give u some more power but it will cost you. i dont think it would be worth it. might as well just turbocharge the car or save up for a swapp. but then agian idk exact numbers. do some more research on it |

7th gen civic=not worth ANY time IMHO.
But,Strut bar will not fit,and save your money for a swap. Or sell the 7th gen and start something else.For that you can have something cheaper and relativly quicker that the 02 Lx w/mods. |
