Hey guys i just wanted everyones input on what exhaust they would go for? I have a 2000 civic si and im wanting to buy a catback exhaust that sounds good and not whiney or like a weed eater. My options r either the greddy evo or the apexi N1. Problem is is that my car is lowered about 1.75" and ive heard the apexi will scarpe alot on lowered cars, plus i hear sometimes the apexi doesnt always fit right. Im just wondering ur opinions of what u would get and if u dont like either one of them what else is good out there??? thanks

greddy hands down. it also has an offset on the muffer tip so that the muffler tucks even higher up inside the underneath of the chassis. it sounds smooth and low from starting out, to about mid-range, then opens up after mid-range as far as sound goes. i had one on my 2000 ex and loved it.

spoon sports exhaust is expensive!! i say go with the greddy evo 2, the offset muffler gives good ground clearence so you wont get any scraping. sounds good, and the price isnt bad at all!! so what do you have to loose go with greddy.

if your looking for another option, check out the magna flow. its got the lowest rumble sound. opens up at mid rpms and sounds awsome. and the muffler tip fits perfect on the civic rear bumper. as for price wise you couldnt ask for a better price. its by far the best sounding exhaust i've heard and i get nothing but compliments on the sound.

I'd take the greddy too out of your choice. But I also would agree with the magnaflow because it has a deep sound. I use the HKS drager system. It looks just like the greddy style with the offset tip, but gave a couple higher top end numbers than greddy and a lower tone, because I can't stand the import mosquito sound!

im telling you guys, go to kteller.com you can buy the full piping kit and muffler and its relatively cheap, and you can buy it in stainless or mild, with or without muffler, direct bolt on or weld up.

Neither, go with Spoon or RS*R they are both relatively quiet, but result in big gains.

ok the spoon is not a expensive exhaust. the axle back is 350 and then the midpipe is another 300-350. that is about the same price as the othe brands but you can be like "i gotz the spoooon yO!!" and it sounds good.
