My motor mounts have been gone for quite some time already, and since I am finally doing some much needed mantainance on the car, I want to fix them as well.
Now motor mounts cost from $100 to $200. What if I just put in the inserts, will that fix it up, or would you recommend getting the whole mounts. thanx,

I'd probably go with just inserts.

what motor is in your car? have you inspected the metal parts of the mounts and their fine and you have a stock motor, just get the inserts, you might just want to even see if you can rape a set off ebay (stock mounts) will cost you much less.

ok thanks. I got stock engine yes. was planning on swapping, but now I have too much other stuff I am spending my money on, so might just fix up the d16. the stock mounts are hard to find though.
