im gonna go out on a limb here and try to help you. I think what you need to do is remove the black piece covering your vents and surrounding your tachometer/ speedometer. There are clips to remove it, You must remove the emergency light button and unplug it to remove completely. (if you havent removed it before use a couple of flat head screw drivers, and it might sound like its breaking when removing it, It wont as long as your not using to much force.

Then reach down in there and see if you can feel it. You might want to try using a small mirror to see inside there so you dont screw anything up reaching in trying to find the light your looking for.

Try banging the dash. If my lights are out, they always turn on with this method!

I don't think it's a fuse if just one is out. Correct me if I'm wrong. Wiring in our cars is without a doubt what I need to learn about most.

As funny as this sounds, the light on the left side of my controls flicker in and out and this usually helps. I haven't ttaken it apert, thought, so it's probably a wiring problem.

This is the sign they are going out.

AS FOR GETTING TO THE BULB, it's not all as hard as removing dash pieces but it certainly isn't easy, the radio has to come out, then underneath all of that mess is 3 screws and the whole a/c control will almost come out, but first you need to remove the cable that operates the outside or re-circulatory vents, this is a pain but once it is removed from the a/c controls the whole thing comes out as a box. The rest is kinda self explanitory, and you'll see when it's in your hand, but you then take apart the a/c controls from the front as you do you will get behind the buttons and there are TWO little tiny "christmas tree lights" they are just smaller, replace them both as you will not want to do this again if the next bulb goes out soon
