Bit of an odd one this. my coupe looks like it used to have manual windows but when the previous owner had the total closure alarm fiited he had a kit fitted to make the electric. The only problem is the passenger window has stripped one of the cogs that fit over the old manual shaft. And i cant get hold of a replacement anyware. Its a bit of a ropey kit anyway, so basically does any body know how difficult it would be to replce the whole lot with a proper electric window kit from a civic that had them from the factory? Any help would be great!

If you want to convert it to the OEM one that is going to easily run you around $400 w/parts. If you can get the setup yourself knock off around $150 or so if its USED.
But the EX kit isn't like a plug and play it has to be done right. (its not easy) |
