You need to look harder. There is one for a DIY amber climate control for 92-95 civic.

There are 2 screws on the gauge cluster bezel portion on the top and 1 screw behind the clock or the hazard light switch. The entire cluster is pretty tight in there. They glue them in. Just when you are pulling it out take your time and try not to pry to hard where the clock is or you will crack the cluster, because like I said it is in there pretty tight. Once you get it out it should be pretty easy to get back in. You may want to buy some adhesive when installing it back in to keep the cluster from rattling and making noises while you are driving. Let me know if you need more help and I can take some pictures and show you exactly what to do.

to get that piece out your going to have to remove your radio, hazard switch, clock, the whole plastic piece that houses the cig lighter and ashtray, pwr mirror switch, cruise, sunroof dimmer switch and the main part around your gauge cluster. you want to remove the plastic panel under your steering column also, it helps getting to some of the screws. theres going to be a screw around the top of the heater/ ac cntrl unit. disconnect the plugs and cable. on the bottom of the heater cntl unit theres like four screws , but you have to remove your radio to get to them. also remove the defrost switch to the right of your steering wheel, theres a couple of screws in that area. you'll need a lot of patients and a small phillips screwdriver, but once you get all the stuff pulled out you can start looking for the screws, i only put about half of them back in and mine stays in fine. hope this helps, if you need more help let me know.
