On my accord I want to lower it but i dont know what all i have to have. Is going coilovers cheaper than going lowering springs? I hear that if i went with lowering springs...i would have to change shocks struts and all that bullshhh. I looked at adjustable coilovers and they said they would be no modifications and easy installation. Might be stupid about that im asking but you guys are the ones soo tell me whats good.

dont go coilovers, esp cheap ones..thats a no no!!

Go with a spring, and no its not required to change your shocks in the process however its better for you suspension performance that you do. Go with an H&R set or Eibach sportlines..H&R is really good for the price though.

Coilovers are shit, unless your planning on getting a really highend set. just my 02.

go with a full blown set of coilovers. not any cheap shit. if your getting springs i say go with a set of teins, ebiach or a set of h&r. i dont recomend going and getting lowing springs with your stock stuts tho because i heard they can wear out faster that way, so u might as well just get springs and struts. i say just save up your money and dont cheap out on this ull be much hapier in the long run

no no, coilovers would. and twice as bad i might add. If he finds a stiff spring we will not have that problem. If he goes soft then yeah Id say he would.

when it comes to coilovers, if you dont know how to install/adjust them you will really hate them. Constanly checking to make sure they havent gotten loose and what not... Everyone i know thats had them, now turned around and went with a nice strut/spring setup ..like myself. But we only learn from our mistakes. I have..

i personally say that he should just go out and get a spring/strut package. u can get a nice set from tons of companies out there. some i recommend are kyb, tein, tokico, nuespeed, eibach. dont go out and buy a cheap set of coilovers. thier just gonna be sleeve overs and thier gonna suck ass. ass for getting the coilovers over the spring/strut it would basically be the same process of disassembally and reassembally. ur gonna remove whats there and replace it with new stuff. no different for either one. well slightly but im not gonna get into details. ur money and ur car but this is what i would do.

you can get H&R springs for $150. I'd go with them, and then if you want to save yourself some work, get some struts as well and do it all at once. otherwise, just get the springs and wait on the struts until you need them.
