Alright, a delta sonic has this feature included with their detailing package. I was wondering a) if this is even beneficial, and b) how to DIY. Any thoughts?

When I got my last HB, it was parked under a tree and there were all sorts of leaves stuck in my vents . . problem solved!
I took out my radio and found were my air duct box was. Since it leads to all the others I figured this might just work . . and it did. I melted a small hole in it and then inserted the blow tip from my compressor. After a few minutes of high pressure blasts, everything was cleaned right out. As for the hole? Napa. I grabbed a "push in grommet" and sealed it right back up. No one would ever know the better. Good luck. Sam - |
