I've got a set of 205/40/17 Kumho Ecsta 711's on my 99 ex coupe. About how long would you expect a set of low profile tires on a civic to last under normal driving conditions?

Damn, thanks for the bad news, I knew they weren't gonna last a long time, but a year is pretty short. What are some good brands of tires that won't break the bank, but also aren't terrible. I think I want better than the Kumho's I had, they were pretty cheap.

the kumho ecsta supras arent a bad tire at all. different than the 711's are, not all kumho's are bad tires. just some. ive had them on for about 4 or 5 months now, they handle awesome and for the price you just cant beat them.

Yeah it's lowered about 1 1/4 inches. I don't have a camber kit because it doesn't really seem to need it.

Without a camber kit, it will be less than a year or close to. If you have a camber kit and rotate your tires at least every 6000 miles, you can pull off 25,000 miles on a set.
