Im debating wheather or not to get CF, stock, or JDM fenders w/the orange stanley sidemarkers. Im gonna do this on or around my Birthday
. I know I wouldnt have to paint CF fenders @ the price of $350- for a pair. What would you do in my position? Its hard to find stock fenders for under $200 not including them being primered, so the paint is another story.gimme some insight.. (im changing because im going for a clean discreet look, Z3's aint cuttin it) |

cf fenders are kinda flaky imo, I have heard of the clearcoat being shit, and it shipping away rathe quickly.
IMO just save up some more $$ and the the metal ones and gett hem painted. that is what i would do ![]() |

ok thanks for the heads up, 149.00 from passwordJDM aint that bad.
I might just do that. I miss JDM fenders I had them on my old coupe.Bo let me know, but I highly doubt it being shipping..paint..blah blah blah. junkyards are ripoffs now a days. Unless you know the people that work there personally. |

I agree, JDM Fenders > Carbon Fiber. How much weight are you gonna save on sheet metal? like .5 pounds?

hahaha I wish more like 1 1/2lbs-2lbs. Stock fenders are real light. I just thought about the concept of CF due to my hood, trunk, and not having to paint. But I thought about it and im just going with the JDM fenders. It should look pretty nice since my car is black, and black with the sidemarkers is already giving me a woody! |
