If I buy one of the cheap Type R Grills from ebay, will it fit good? I just like that look, dont care if its real JDM or made in china. I just have to keep it cheap. I just want it to line up and fit correctly.... its for a 98 civic 4rd.

Nope it will not line up perfectly. Just buy an OEM one you wont regret it.

meh, i bought one from ebay a loong time ago for my sedan, i had it painted and it fit perfectly.. the only problem with it was that it was plastic, so it just felt flimsy.
other than that do what you want, but cant find a 99-00 si grill and make it a ctr grill no? |

it all depends on the maker. some people put a bit more care into making the products so they fit justlike OEM. i bought a muen style grilled that fit perfectly but there was no way whatsoever for me to attach it to the bumper...all the holes didnt match up[ and there was no place for the screws to go. so i had to rig it up..made me mad

Holy shit! DON'T BUY ONE FROM EBAY.
I have a 96-98 CTR knockoff grille sitting here that I will let go for 35 shipped. I don't want it, you can have it. That's 10 bucks less than I paid for it off Ebay. (I'm an idiot and didn't realize I won a 96-98 grille auction until after I got it). Deal? is it? please say yes, I'm tired of lookin at this thing. |

![]() Still in the plastic, Even. I'll take Paypal, but add 3% to that 35... that way I can save some more and hopefully find some GSR cams. |
