just screw the shit into the bumper.. Those things are junk and flimsy. Plus they look like crap once they rust, and wear down.
but ebay has them, just type it in the search and GO! |

I wouldn't drill holes in that STI's brand new bumper, now way! Go to ebay and look it up.
