I have a VSM coupe and am gonna buy some new wheels soon (hopefully). I can't decide whether I want to buy silver wheels, or bronze. I'm not a huge fan of black or gunmetal. Can anyone make a suggestion? I'm probably going to go w/ some 16" Rota Subzero's, or RS Concept Pro's, same kinda wheel.

Well...
What color is your car? Better yet, just post a picture of it then we can give you a good opinion. Dont just get a color because it's a color, get something that will look good on your car.

I love dark wheels on silver cars man, right now I had some slips(black) and had motegi's(white). My friend back in TX has silver motegi's on his VSM, he had gunmental motegi's b4 and the silver went well better than the gunmetals. If you go bronze, that would diff be different but I think there is somebody here w/ that combination, just look at Picture Posts. |

My bad. Black wheels look good on silver cars when you team them up with a carbon fiber hood and/or carbon fiber front and rear lips. I think bronze would look great on the car if you dont feel like putting on all the carbon fiber.

those black rims look nice on the vsm coupe. if i were him though, i'd paint my lugnuts to match
just a word of caution.. carbon fiber hoods are high maintenance. you gotta clean and wax it often otherwise it will fade and turn yellow. other than the weight, the only other time it paid off was when there was a hail storm. big dents everywhere else, but the hood and body kit were fine. they did leave little cracks in the hood, only noticable from the inside though.
