It's a USDM model. Like Hybrid said, even if it was JDM there is no difference. Plus that is from a Coupe and I am very certain the coupe in Japan wasn't released with that color code. (The Coupes were made in the US and exported to Japan as well.

He nowhere stated that the bumper was JDM. He put JDM in the title so that more searches would pick up his auction.

I noticed that too, after the fact.

yeah i'm going to say no... it's a USDM bumper. the only thing that seperates the JDM from the USDM is the color options and if they have the OPTIONAL JDM foglights.

but for $50 + shipping that's not bad IMO

You didn't read the ad right, not his fault.

What is it, that you are exactly looking for in regards to JDM parts? Also JDM parts aren't necessarily going to be found cheap and usually are more expensive than OEM USDM parts. Let me know so I can help point you in the right direction.

How is it the sellers fault? You say that your "tired of dealing with guys on ebay who don't know what they are talking about" seems like the pot calling the kettle black. AS an ebay seller myself, i am tired of BUYERs not reading the item description fully and not knowing what they want or should be looking for.
You read the description and YOU failed to do your own research to see if there was a difference between 92-95 USDM and JDM front bumpers. There is no difference. Plus no where in the item description does it say that it is from a JDM Civic.
My guess is that the seller put those "KEY" words in the auction title to make it more easily searchable and get more hits/views.
