Well there are a number of companies that make "kits" for your engine. GReddy, Apexi, Edelbrock, Rev Hard. They go on...Usually GReddy and Edelbrock used the TD05H which is a stock turbo from a mitsubishi. These turbos are small but have fast spools. You can generally run around 6-8psi with no buildup. If you get a front mount, bigger injectors, and a FMU you might be able to run 10psi. But i would run 6-7psi just to be safe

Over 6psi, you need an IC. All those kits come with some sort of fuel management, so that's taken care of. If it's correctly tuned, you could run 8psi daily, 10-11 at the track.

yah dude like dubcac said with the right fuel management you can run 10 pounds of boost or less all day long. And dont get a fmu unit they suck ass. especially if your gonna be running over 6 lbs. Get bigger injectors 450's and a vafc unit for the afc hack. Thats a good setup for fuel.
