well first let me say i work for the company that makes the electrocharger. and i would be happy to answer any questions.

first off the price will be 2500 when it comes for sale later this fall.

second this has been an ongoing venture with Texas A and M university. into hybrid electric vehicles. it adds torque to Low Rpm via a kevlar drive belt hooked directly to the crank. total weight of the system is 70 pounds and there no wait to recharge unless your car can accelerate for a full 2 minutes. and the lithium ion batteries have a life of 20 to 30 years. and the electrocharger works in conjunction with nitrous and superchargers.

i am here to answer any questions you may have. you can also check the website for updated info. at

if you guys are looking for a more professional website prior to the launch of your product, let me know. a better site would probably rally the average visitor's confidence in your product IMO. a couple flash demos wouldn't hurt either. good to hear this product is being developed in conjunction w/ A&M!

I agree that at the price the electrocharger is sold at, might as well buy a turbo kit and save yourself the trouble. It may be a great device...but then again the cd player was a great device in the late 80's for a couple hundred bucks...now you can pick one up from the change you got from your MP3 player.
