For a 3 incher, you'll most likely have to talk to an exhaust shop and have it bent.
The place I was at could bend you up to a 4 and 1/2 in pipe if needed. Just check around. Good luck. Sam - |

Having your own made? Find and exaust shop with a mandrel bender.. Or one that will use 3 inch pipe and mandrel bends and piece it togather..
unless your looking for an aftermarket 80 mm exhaust.. i'll try and look around for one.

a price would definately be nice on the vibrant. im trying to avoid the muffler shop's and such since the quality of their work is often questionable. at my friends shop, someone actually had an exhaust made for a wrx legacy. the price was 300 dollars for materials and 20 hours of labor. at 65 dollars an hour for labor YOUCH. most of the muffler shops in this area only work with crush bent since it is so much easier and cheaper.

Thermal makes a 3" bolt on catback system... try them. Thermal's systems are very high quality.

Does the Thermal unit have a 3" inlet flange or does it reduce it before the flange?

they have kits for lots of models, even swaps, then you only pay for welds. Jason |
