I know a stock D series can take upto 7 psi.
I know a stock B series can take up to 14 psi. But what can a stock H22 take??? |

I wouldn't run a stock B at 14 psi. In my opinion, if you are bone stock besides the basic airflow stuff, then 6lbs. If you want to bump it up a little, you can stay on stock internals but upgrade your fuel system and push about 8lbs.

well you can't tell people what psi is safe if you don't know the size of the turbo.

Its all about tuning.. if you can have the car tuned well and run higher octane you can push the limits a bit..
but we won't know the limit till the motor goes.. and every motor/setup is differant.

I am running 9.5 psi on my stock b18b pushing 240 to the wheels. No problems yet, I totally agree that tuning is the key but I wouldn't run more that 8-10 psi on an h22. Run more if you want but don't expect it too last a year or two.
