im talking budget here. if the guy has the money, go FAST, Motech, Mega Squirt something like that its great. But personally from what ive seen, in the hands of someone good Hondata can be VERY reliable. We are running 11.2 at 22psi of boost on hondata. I think thats more than enough for most people. Oh, And the tuning at part throttle is called driveability, Hondata can do that to but it HAS TO BE TUNED! oh and hondata doesnt change any sensors, you can still run your o2 sensor, we are, to fix part throttle cruising. its no big deal. Gees you can even use a knock sensor with hondata if you want to(bad idea with forged pistons).
