Turbo Or Supercharger

why do people always say superchargers are more reliable than a turbo? lol their both a pain in the ass. you want reliable build an all motor 300hp monster.

I'd say since there are less parts involved with a s/c. with a turbo there are numerous things involved

Try a vtec head and build it up. Cheaper to do and you then have vtec. Then turbo it. That is my .02

That's not gonna be any more reliable than the other 2 options.

i would go t3/60-1 with a .63 ar hot side and a stage 3 wheel. decent spool time and good top end power.

A 300 whp honda all motor would require rediculous amounts of compression and cam lift, and rpm. the car would be 90% unstreetable. not to mention go through rings and bearing like all hell if you tried to do that.
