250 in a B series block is easy. You can make 250 in a d series

percision turbos..... look into it

B20 if you can get it... more displacement = same power with less boost.

I'll break down the pricing on everything.
but with 1.5 bar of boost I'd like to resleeve the block, and put a block guard ir girdle on it, def a a strong set of rods, some low compression pistons, and what are you going to use for engine management?

B20 is the way to go, you can get 250 from boost or get 250 from a good b20/vtec setup. Its all up to you.I build these and other configured engines if you want one I have the hookup on erythang for either way you wanna go.(including mounts,axles,ecu,etc..)Let me know.I have a guy that could do tubular manifold and downpipes for great prices.
Hook it up bro.
