yeah i know. What happend was the day i did the install it was raining and i guess the humitity stopped the RTV sealent from drying 100%. So i'm going to put a nice beed on today to lunch and let it dry. I just ordered a 4 an to 1/8 NPT to i'm going to redo the whole oil setup this weekend.

ANother thing. Anyone know anything about turbo blankets. It's like insulation the keep the turbo from heating everythign else up under the hood. I just ordeered some thermal wrap for my exhaust. Would it be ok to wrap the turbo mani as well? Will this give the mani a better chance of cracking?

You could wrap the mani, but it's kinda difficult to do with it on the car...it won't affect the mani in terms of cracking.

The blanket and wrap help keep under hood temps down.. by keeping the heat inside the exhaust/manifold...

I just ordered my kit.. and had the exhaust housing ceramic coated and i'm going to have the manifold and downpipe also ceramic coated then wrap it.. helps alot with under hood temps.

Well i ordeered the wrap, And i'll be taking the manifold off this weekend because i have to install two studs into the head because the bolts won't slide past the top of the mani so i'm missing two bolts holding it on.

Good luck man...boosted honda;s are fun...let me know if you run into any probs.* one recommendation i have...even on a stock motor...that turbo is gunna start given up before your motor does...im not bashing...not hating...just saying...you could make more hp at lower boost levels with a t3 style turbo and youll have more ability to upgrade...right now with the greddy kit your stuck with mitsu. turbos.* with a slightly larger t3 turbo...youll not notice much lag and more power out of it.* one of your next upgrades should be a manifoldd with a t3 flange on it. just a thought...not telling you what to do.
just want to correct you
Garrett ball bearing gt28rs bolts right up to the greddy manifold, and it is a fantastic turbo!

don't bother with wraps... do what the other guy did and get it ceramic coated
