I don't know what it is but my after the inter cooler heading into the intake mani the carge piping keeps coming apart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Should i put some type of glue on the pipe and then put the couplings on so it will stay together. I was driving and i scared the shit out of me. i though i blow the turbo... |

The piping is coming off the throttle body? Or is there another pipe junction between the IC and TB that it's blowing?

Are you using a t-clamp or just regular hose clamps?

it's coming off at a junction between the TB and the intercooler. A mid pipe between the BOV and the IC.

need some T-bolt clamps
and or.. need the ends bead rolled... this adds a raised ridge on the pipe that makes it much harder to blow them... There is a tool that does this.. or a ridge can be welded on.

weld a bead around the pipe and get t-bolt clamps...easiest way to do it. I run 28lbs and dont blow charge pipes off. and the pipe into the throttle body doesnt even have a bead welded to it.

use nitrile silicone couplers and t bolt clamps
nitrile can slightly heat up and kinda "sticks" to the charge piping... even with my clamps off, the heated up couplers hold together strong |
