This is the code that i'm getting now. I know i'm not running lean but shouldn't the blue box stop the stock ECU from throwing any codes related to fuel and map?

You wired everything correctly? I don't know much about the blue box, but the ECU should still be getting O2 readings I would think, and detect running too rich or lean.
