Went to the track last night and only got in 3 runs. Ran 15.3, 15.0, and 14.7 respectively. This was all on a stock D16Y8 with a 75 shot. I get home around 2am, open the trunk to shut off the bottle and I move the nitrous line a bit. After I moved it, I heard the line leaking, and then I also saw crystals start to form near the hole. I have no idea how the line got punctured.
The hole in the line is about one foot away from the nozzle on the bottle. How can I fix this? Can I epoxy the hole even though its a high pressure line around 1000psi? Zex gave me the standard length of line, and in my Civic, I have a lot of line left over. Would it be possible to cut the line passed the hole and reconnect the fitting to go back on the bottle? Or do I need a whole new line from Zex? I hope I don't need a whole new line. I'd rather not tear apart the car to replace it. Thanks guys and gals |

To be on the safer side of things I would have to say just order another one. Why take the risk of leaking and losing power from it @ $50 per refill.
Check craigslit.org in your area for NOS, or Zex parts and you might find a used one or something. If not, then just ebay it. Im an amateur with nitrous kit I just bought so I couldnt tell you that it would be a complete fix to use a fitting to seal it. |

![]() That is, assuming you have enough slack in the line for it to reach after cutting the section with the hole off. |

Yup. That's what I would do- cut it off and put a new fitting on it. Maybe your excess slack caused the hose to rub on something and develop a hole...
