OK well i just got my turbo nack from majestic, I desided to replace all my vacuum lines with new ones. Now when i let off the gas vacuum drops to 30 then goes back to the normal 20. It's 20 at idle, Also my type s BOV sounds weird now, kinda like a wine, or hiss, instead of the normal sound. But if i unplug the vacuum from the wastegate and leave the line off with out pluging it then it sounds normal! It's more normal when i leave a leak in the system then when i have the loop closed? Its really crazy.

its normal for the vacuum to drop during a shift...mine goes to 30 when i shift also...as for you blow off making a dif. noise...the only thing i could think of is maybe you hooked it up a little differently, or maybe the old lines were leaking. i dont know man thats weird

Did you try adjusting the BOV at all?

I doubt it. Every greddy type BOV I've heard was very loud and mean.

so i'ts ok that i'm droping into 30 hg vac went off the gas / shifting? I'll play around with the BOV again tonight and see what happends. What i think is happening is that the vacuum is to strong or maybe not strong enough, Becuase like i siad if i pull the vac line off the WG then the BOV sounds normal. It wierd.
