an eeprom chip is what has the program on it, its the map your car will run off of. most tuners have extra chips. i dont see a 3bar map sensor there but if he says its included then i dunno. who makes that turbo..to me it looks like an ssautochrome turbo, which i would not use one...they dont last very long from what ive seen, other people might have a different opinion. when you buy a turbo you dont wanna skimp, you wanna get the good stuff.

Ive seen pics of ssac turbo's crack in half after a week. By my own personal experience of owning one of there manifolds, i wouldn't pay $5 for one of their turbo's. But hopefully it will last you for a while, but after that good luck on selling it used, cause everyone knows theyre a crap brand.

Hopefully in your case you will have better luck. But if it does break, dont b to surprised. Id almost sell it new now, and check out www.turboengineering.com and just get a good turbo right away and not have to worry about it going out on you after you get it all setup, cause trust me it sucks.
