Here's a kit I found on ebay... and before you say it no it's not an ssautocrap kit:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMEWA%3AIT Those are some quality components, and I emailed the guy and he said he'd consider taking $700 for it b/c he needs money... I just don't have money right now. Do you guys think it's worth it? Let me know please, thanks guys.

Well no that kit is not good enough for 600 hp it would be lucky to make 300. A master power turbo is not a good turbo, and anything that uses a map sensor bypass isnt very good. Replace those parts along with the, fmu, afc and then youd have a manifold and intercooler and random piping that would be a good start.

Take it from me, Don't buy someone else problems. Don't buy sht you don't need. Just peice a kit together part by part, it will work out better for you in the long run.

600 horse!!! ROFL. That turbo would be good for about 250-300 at best, and the intercooler about the same. I also agree to not buy used turbo's especially. I bought a used one last summer, and it needed to b completly rebuilt when i got it. But was told was brand new and used for 200 mile. The shaft play was about a half inch in any direction, and the seals were all gone. I then had to buy the turbo i have, after a $50 trade in i got for that pos, i ended up spending about $1000 on the turbo i finally have. Save your money, it may take a little longer, and built your own kit. It will be worth it in the long run.

alright, i think i'm going to start making my own kit... i want it to be modest, safely for a daily driver on stock internals (160whp and i'd be happy). I was thinking a t25 turbo, but if i ever want more it'd be kinda small... i have a list of things that i'm going to need, but i want to get some opinions on what things i should use... such as fuel management (no, i don't have 1500 bucks for fuel management alone right now... maybe in a few years), i just want to get it up and running by the beginning of next year. Here's a list so far of what I'll definitely need... (or so i think)... thoughts?
turbo (t25 or t3) intercooler/piping turbo manifold downpipe bov wastegate oil catch can engine management (fmu, not really sure yet on this one) vacuum lines oil lines silicone connectors/random fittings that's about all i can think of... i want it to be safe for a daily driver, but also peppier than normal... and preferably faster than stock si's. Thoughts?

I personally recommend..not using an fmu...bad experiences with them...they arent a reliable form of engine managment. Id go with a t3 turbo. other than that...it looks like you got a pretty good idea goin on there.

Id recommend hondata...but thats going to require you to go obd1 which means your gunna need a p28 and a conversion harness...AEM is great if you wanna spend the money on it. i dont use uberdata or chrome very often, and ive heard they are good, just not as versatile as hondata.

Hondata for sure. Why spend $1500 for EMS, when you can get Hondata w/boost for 4-5 hundred. Spend the other grand you save on a full race manifold or something.
