As most of you may know i am running a one fab manifold. nowthis isnt about quality of work or anything like that. its about his customer service.

That's how I feel about Kteller.com...I received terrible service after he made a mistake on a high flow cat I purchased, and then he blamed it on me. I will never buy anything from him ever again.

i can see waiting on a product such as this for a couple of extra weeks, but now near to six months, that ridiculous. thats poor customer service, poor business, and horrible business practice. if u cant get your work done then dont take so much work. to be honest, i think he needed money, so he fucked ppl over, and now hes way behind cuz he took too many orders.

Damn that guy is a unorganised slacking ass. 4 MONTHS?! and hes got the nerve to bull on.Then he acts as a hippacrite "sorry no excuses" bull sh!t...Dissappointing...getting parts isnt nearly hard as u all tho. close enuf to Japan =P

Damn dude, fuck that clown, they had some company called 4 car option on the net that fucked me over with the complete wrong product. So I called them many, many, many times, no answer ever not even a message machine. Then I emailed them but no replies. So I sent them a long letter about how I am going to fly there in person and get my money back just the principle of the matter. Well I used to live in Louisiana these people are in cali. Well I live in Cali now and I sure as hell went over there with my 1.5 year old reciept and invoice number knocked on the front door and demanded my product the right one and my money back. All the while I was swearing obscenities that haven't been invented yet. I kept asking them wtf happened to my order? Why do you have a fake phone number listed, did you think i was joking when I said I was so pissed that i would find you? Did you think no one would care that you ripped them off? After that I called the BBB and told them my story and sent them my transaction history with the wrong product. They took care of them, now different people own the place and they seem reputable. Dude if you don't get your shit in another month fly out there and knock on that fuckers door. The facial expression will be priceless when you tell him your name.
