Since i sold off my big turbo kit i decided to go way outta the box and custom.
Going from scratch i'm going to build my own turbo manifold.. First one is a test.. plan to be mild steel mostly keep costs down... need recomended tubing to use.. mostly thinking about wall thickness. put also what Dia to use for the runners.. thoughts??

id use 1 5/8 primaries and as for wall thickness most of our manifolds are schedule 40 or thicker...but it depends...you could make a thin wall manifold, but i doubt it would last...

ok.. i do want it to last a bit.. but this is mostly for testing.. If i decide i like the design i'll make another out of stainless

Where do you get your pipe?? haven't been able to find anything thicker than 16ga..
