Sure thing. How much do you want to spend? What's "A decent drive"? D-series are great for cheap boost and they can be quick when properly upgraded, without the hassle of a swap. I believe I just saw someone dyno 506hp with stock sleeves on H-T as well, although I doubt that one will last long.

decent drive=fun ride

I'm going slow right now, because I have to take care of school as well, but I'd like to do boltons, boost, and jdm look and that's it.

What is H-T??

If I finally upgrade it, I would take care of it, not race it and mess it up...

del sols are to rare to be f*@!ing them up!

H-T is Honda-tech.com. And yes, do it right the first time. You sound kind of like what I want to do with mine, although I don't know if I want to build mine and boost it to 300hp, or just boost like 200hp... decisions, decisions...

The del sol isn't exactly light, compared to a civic hatch backs and crx's. Look at Evans-tuning, they are getting ridiculous amounts of power out of the d16z6, completely stock blocks. Even the average street tuner can get around 250 wheel with a stock d16z6, and have it still be reliable.
