Just call around to some of the bigger garages and ask if they have any diagnostic equiptment . . plug in / hand held computers, etc . . .
I'm sure you'll find someone.
All they do is chip their mechine for your car, plug it in, and let you know what's going on in there.
We do it at our garage all the time for people . . new cars suck, lmao
They'll usually charge less than an hours labor to fit you in and give you all the info you'll need to know to go from there.

Good luck.

cool maybe i'll bring it to you guys. NY isn't terribly far I'd like to get it fixed right. Do you think you can figure out the problem and around how much (roughly) will it cost to figure out/fix/tune my car. It runs so it can't be nothing to major. Thanks

I live in Muncie, IN and there's really jack squat around here. I knew of a import shop in FT. Wayne but heard they were crap. I know of a few in Indy but I can tell you for a fact one of them is a really shady place to do business. When my car was throwin me an check engine light...I took it to auto zone and they will diagnose it for free. If you search on the internet you can also find a site that has all the import shops in indiana and their adresses and phone #s...I'll see if I can find it for ya lata.

Hope that helps a lil

I drive a 2000 civic si. I just got it a few months ago...b4 that I had a 94 dx coupe. If you are ever around the coliseum at all you might see me driving around cuz I play hockey on fridays at the plex and drive around for a while afterwards making fun of the ricers that I see in a big abandoned parking lot by the mall.
