ok problem soleve dude, i have a 2000 si and i had the same thing happen to me but it was only from 4th to 5th on the hwy, the way i fixed it was i got a gear oil change not engine oil change but our 5 speeds do have tranny oil, make sure you get Honda tranny oil "only" or you can wear out the syncros and gears, i rather have honda do it since they can pump the fluid in up to you. but yea it cured my baby

Sounds like a syncro or main shaft problem to me (like dub said). A clutch or flywheel wouldnt do this to you, if your clutch was bad your car would not shift well or would slip in gears badly...sounds like a tranny prob man...
