i am looking at getting a 2000 dx hatchback.. i know there is a difference between the 96-98 and the 99-00 front ends.. but will the 98 hood work for it?? i found a local guy sellin one kinda cheap.. but im not sure what exactly is different besides the headlights.. thanks in advance..

I dont think so.
the 2000 has a bit more of a slope towards the front I think... |

i want to say the only difference is in the headlights.. the 96-98 kinda bubble out more at the turn signal.. but i wasnt sure if the hood will still line up or not.. may be wrth trying out if he will let me b4 i buy..

Fenders, hood, headlights, and grill are all diffrent. It will not fit.
