Is it possible to convert a 93 Del Sol's rear drum brakes with disc from a higher model civic from the same model years? It would prolly be 91 to 94 civics? What would I need? Rear lower control arms, disc and caliper from the donor car?

You should be able to use the Teg parts OR the parts from a higher end model Sol. Your best bet is just to grab which ever comes along first!
The teg setup MAY have bigger rotors but I can't remember for sure. Good luck with this one. Btw, if you need a rough idea of how it all goes togeather, I did a d.i.y. write up on a similar conversion for the 4th gen. It's already on CL. lates. Sam - |

not counting labor, about how much can one expect to pay for parts? also, would i be better off buying new rotors for the rear and the front at the same time so they all match?

I can't quote you a price on all of the parts needed to complete the project but I can say this . . .
When you do it . . if you do . . . Def. get all of the rotors at the same time. It's easier to have them all be brand new. You'll have superior braking and . . you can monitor the wear on them since they are all new. Sam - |

YOu can also use 92-95 si hatch rear disk or 92-95 lx 4dr rear disk, or you could go baller style with GSR brake conversion (control arms, break booster, and proportioning valve), or my buddy even swapped 99-00 SI brakes on his 93 CX. Anything will work really it just depends on how much time and money you got to work with, but either way you go its a pretty easy process.
Im doing the full GSR swap here in about a month, before the new auto-x season starts. imp:" class="inlineimg" />
