I did that install and was great until I put a drink in the cup holder. Then you couldn't see the radio, couldn't reach the controls, couldn't eject a cd, and the remote doesn't go through the lid to the cup holder.

that were i have my head unit, but i took my cup holders out and made a fiberglass panel for that open spot. And this is what i did with the old head unit location
