could it be that the fuse for the ecu aynt working? because i just notice that the fuse for the ecu is a 10 and not a 15

naw aw all u hear is the engine cranking and like wanting to turn on but nothing so i was wonder if that can be the problem if the 10 fuse needs to be a 15 insted

No, the fuse is just the protector. It wouldn't have anything to do with starting unless it was blown. If you're supposed to have a 15, then put one in- but it has nothing to do with your problem because even though it might not be the correct one, it isn't blowing.

You already saw that you had no fuel in your hoses, so from those hoses you have to trace the line back from that hose until you find which piece is causing your problem. Check the fuel hoses for crimps too.

Also, if you have a digital voltmeter, you should test the ignition coil just to be on the safe side.
