does the vx have a stock shift light...went for a ride in my buddyies ls/vtec. it was a vx, and there was a lil up arrow pointing up. i guess his doesnt work cause the stock tach is disabled.

Uuhhhh sounds to me like you answered your own question since your buddies VX has one. Unless of course your asking if that little arrow was a stock shift light. If that's the case than yes it is, but it was designed for fuel performance not speed.
