You'll hear bad things about any kind of clutch. The most I've heard bad things about were #1 exedy, and #2 clutchmasters...rarely ACT.

That is why I decided to go with an ACT. I considered an organic Exedy to save $100 over the HDSS, but after reading on H-T that there were more people that complained about their Exedy over the ACT by a long ways.

werd, act is easily the most recommended clutch.
