Is it ok if if i let me motor rest on the oil pan. I mean it's been sitting like that for over a month resting on the pan and the header. But toninght i'm giongto take the header off and intake mani so i can start cleaning it up. Just wanted to know if it's ok to let it rest on the pan. Whats the worst that can happen? I break/dent the pan? Could it fuck up the matting surface?

Just make sure that the weight is distributed evenly and you should be fine. If you have the weight on a corner or something, you could dent the pan and possibly damage the oil pick-up.
