I was flying down this hill leading to a parking lot , and the lot was filled with concrete parking stoppers. I thought my car could fly over the blocks. I braced for impact and made it over. The block was destroyed, I mean completely smashed. I feared for my car. It sustained some injuries, cracks in the tranny and dented oilpan. I'm trying to repair this with JB weld , do you guys think it will hold. Should I try soldering or welding, I want to avoid taking the tranny out. Any advice would help.

Ok, the JB weld failed miserably. What should I try next.
If I decide to replace it what tranny should I swap it out for a better one. I have d16y7 and I heard the ex tranny should fit mine. Do you guys know of any good replacements? Would type -r fit mines or integra tranny's work?

Is the Si tranny almost the same as the ex, what about the z6 or y8 ? How do those compare with each other?
