does anyone know anything about Crowers internals? Are they any good? Would you trust them in your car? Just wonderd I have read some good things about them... there site ...

yeah thats one of the best companies for internals along with eagle and JE. Usually u see a crower rod and je and or eagle piston combination. But yes they ar great internals.

thanks... cause I found this stroker kit that takes the 1.8 b18 engines and makes them 2.2 litre

stroker kits are a waste of money in my opinion. although, if you can afford it, go for it i guess.

Crower is defently up there. I mean it all comes down to how the parts are made and what they are made out of. If its decent material and its pretty cost efficive then do it

Stroker kits are not a waste per say, it just depends on what you want out of your car.
